another lb down

1.1 lbs to be exact. Omg I'm so happy. I know 3 lbs isn't much but so glad to see it coming off, now if i can just keep it up.

Food today: Brunch: Ham and Swiss on wheat Dinner: Tuna Salad and Swiss on wheat Dessert: small dish of mint choc chip ice cream (hey I earned it)

Exercise: 3 Laps around the neighborhood w/ baby in stroller

Hey, I had to get caught up before I answered some of your earlier posts about being discouraged. I'm glad to see that things are looking better though!
I did want to mention to you that gaining weight when you are working out is normal. Exercise like walking causes your muscles in your legs to become stronger and that can add weight to the scale so don't get too discouraged at numbers. Also (very important) if you want to be successful in losing weight and keeping it off (and I know money is an issue sometimes) you have to eat 5 times a day, Breakfast should be more nutritious than crackers and pretzels. All meals should be high in fiber and protien because this will help you to feel satisfied longer so that you don't feel the need to snack on unhealthy things in between meals. Snacks are to help you get from meal to meal without being so hungry that you over eat. I keep noticing that you are eating tiny bits of crackers and no actual meals. You don't have to starve yourself and infact your body will hold onto fat if you don't keep food coming in regularly. So, I think you'll feel a lot better if you make those couple of changes, and the weight should start coming off quicker. If you want I can go into more detail about healthy meal plans. You're doing great! Congrats on the pounds lost- keep up the good work :D
